Richie Hughes

Richie Hughes is an author, noted speaker, church strategist, and literary agent. He is currently serving on the Executive Committee Board of Trustees at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
 

Serving remarkable church congregations over the years, Hughes is the former CEO and Executive Pastor of Free Chapel based in Gainesville, GA, under Pastor Jentezen Franklin. Additionally and most recently, Hughes served as Executive Pastor for 5 years at Redemption to the Nations Church located in Chattanooga, TN, under Bishop Kevin Wallace. Richie Hughes brings a wealth of expertise in church growth, leadership development, television ministry, commercial real estate, campus expansion, and more.


Prior to full-time church ministry, he was known as "Coach" for 15 years. As a high school basketball coach and NBA scout for the Orlando Magic and Detroit Pistons, Hughes enjoys every aspect of competitive training and bringing out the best in people.


Richie is the co-founder of Ministry in Marketplace, a network created to equip believers with practical business frameworks, leadership training, and a community of like-minded entrepreneurs who believe their work in the marketplace is a calling.
 

He resides in Cleveland, TN, with his wife, Stephanie. They are the proud parents of two daughters who are Lee University graduates and one son-in-law. 

James Coffey

James Coffey is a pastor, entrepreneur, author, and business mentor who helps Christian entrepreneurs build profitable, purpose-driven companies.


He is the co-founder of Ministry in Marketplace, a network created to help entrepreneurs build businesses that are financially strong, ethically grounded, and capable of making a lasting Kingdom impact.


For more than twenty years, James has helped launch, revitalize, and grow numerous businesses, guiding entrepreneurs through the challenges of starting, stabilizing, and scaling their companies with clarity and strong operational foundations.


James and his wife, Rebekah, are also the founders of The Harbor, a growing church in East Tennessee where they continue to serve as lead pastors.
